This course teaches users of display screen equipment (DSE) about the potential hazards they might face every day due to bad posture and lack of movement while working for prolonged periods of time. It provides insight into some practices and exercises they can use to combat musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), stress and fatigue. It also discusses the responsibilities that both the employer and employee hold to ensure their workplace is as safe and risk-free as possible.
