In the United Kingdom there are thousands of high-rise buildings, which house several thousand residents. The Building Safety Act 2022 was designed to ensure that there is accountability during all stages of the building process as well as to ensure that building safety is the most important factor to developers and contractors. In this course, you will learn about some of the specific details contained in the Act as well as the role of the Building Safety Regulator and other parties such as responsible and accountable persons.
