As a manager, you have an essential role to play in helping prevent harassment and bullying in the workplace. By meeting specific responsibilities, you can support your organisation's compliance with federal, territory and state laws designed to protect employees from unlawful behaviour in the workplace. You can also help promote a culture of inclusion, respect and fairness in your workplace. In this course, you'll learn what harassment and bullying involve and the potential consequences of these behaviours.
