Across all types of jobs and work environments, employees need to be aware of the ethical implications of their decisions and actions. As an employee, you're responsible for upholding the values and standards of your company, and for acting on broader social and personal beliefs about what's right. In this course, you'll be introduced to business ethics. You'll consider what ethical business behaviour involves and the potential consequences of behaving unethically, for organisations and individual employees. You'll also learn how to approach ethical decisions in a business context. This course was developed with subject matter support provided by the law firm of Jackson McDonald.
