About the Authors
Kate Nelson is a partner with Change Guides, LLC and co-author of the Change Management Pocket Guide: Tools for Managing Change. Kate has more than 15 years of experience working with organizations worldwide to help them manage change. Her clients have ranged from very small, privately held organizations and nonprofits to some of the world’s largest multi-nationals. They have spanned many industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, and life sciences. Kate earned a BS from The College of William and Mary, an MBA from the Fisher School of Business and an MS from the School of Natural Resources at Ohio State University.
Stacy Aaron is a partner with Change Guides, LLC and co-author of the Change Management Pocket Guide: Tools for Managing Change. Stacy has more than 17 years of business experience specializing in change management, marketing and organizational behavior. Stacy has provided change management consulting and training to many health-care, service and manufacturing organizations. She has taught marketing at Miami University of Ohio and management and organizational behavior at Wilmington College. Stacy earned her MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
