About the Author
Serge Alfonse, MSc IT, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean sensei, mediator, and pilot, has accumulated vast business and consulting experience gathered through hundreds of consulting engagements for Fortune 100 companies, thousands of hours as an instructor, and numerous leadership and entrepreneurial positions. Serge started his 30-yearcareer in the field of Enterprise Quality Management before becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt and later a Lean sensei. He developed interests and expertise in the areas of conflict resolution, project management, and company cultural transformation. Throughout his career, Serge has developed courses for City University and various international corporations. His latest role was as Lean sensei and internal consultant for the University of Washington Medical System. Serge enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities, which he is able to engage infrequently as his home is in Seattle, WA, where he lives with his wife Lyne, daughter Camille, two cats, and four chickens.
