About the Author
Ashley K. Stoyanov is a community-builder, strategist, coach, and socialpreneur. Originally from Queens, NYC and born to a Mexican mom and French-American father, Ashley’s career started in the music industry in 2012, working at major record labels, publishers, venues, and PR agencies. After relocating to Portland, OR she created her own network for local womxn songwriters called #WomxnCrush Music. Now a national nonprofit featured in The Recording Academy, #WomxnCrush Musichas put on over 400 events to create opportunities for rising womxn songwriters across sixteen North American chapters.
In 2020, Ashley joined The Mujerista team and helped create and grow The Mujerista Network, a digital network dedicated to empowering and celebrating the next generation of Latinas making an impact en la cultura. Ashley currently resides in Miami, Florida.
