About the Author
Eric Beaudan is the Global Practice Leader for Leadership Assessment at Odgers Berndtson, one of the world's top executive search firms. He developed the LeaderFit method which is used to assess executives in the private and public sectors.
Eric started his consulting career with Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson) in Toronto and Ottawa, and was a Principal with Healthy Companies International in Washington DC. He also headed the Organization Development function for Rogers Communications Inc. and Bank of Montréal, both in Toronto.
He has written numerous articles for The Globe & Mail, the Christian Science Monitor and the Ivey Business Journal. He also writes Fortune 500 CEO interviews which are published by Healthy Companies International and Odgers Berndtson.
Eric holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University. He grew up in Paris and now resides in Oakville, Ontario.
