Janet Foutty is the Executive Chair of the Board of Deloitte US, the largest professional services organization in the U.S. Previously, she was the chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Janet is committed to purposeful leadership and recognizes that business can and should make a broader societal impact that matters.

Dr. Lynn Perry Wooten is President of Simmons University. Her academic research focuses on everyday leadership, crisis management, and workforce. She also maintains a robust clinical practice devoted to leadership development.
