About the Authors
Teresa Wedding Kloster is an executive coach and consultant in leadership development. With over 15 years of leadership and management experience in a corporate setting, Ms. Kloster supports clients through executive coaching and by delivering workshops on topics such as leadership skills, management skills, coaching skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and performance management. Her company, TW. Kloster & Associates, provides leadership coaching services and leadership development workshops to clients in both the private and public sectors.
Ms. Kloster earned a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and holds an International Coach Federation credential as well. She earned a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of William and Mary. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Society for Human Resource Development.
Wendy Sherwin Swire is Principal of Swire Solutions, a consulting firm that improves workplace performance through executive coaching, consulting, training, and conflict resolution services. Ms. Swire delivers courses on executive coaching, leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing skills, and communication for the private and public sectors. She has taught throughout the United States, as well as in Asia, Europe, South America, and Africa. Prior to forming Swire Solutions, Ms. Swire worked as a federal government economist and in the financial services industry.
Ms. Swire is an Adjunct Professor at the Carey Graduate School of Business at Johns Hopkins University. She graduated from Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She received a Master's degree from Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Mount Holyoke College. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Society for Training and Development, and Association of Conflict Resolution.
