Trish Burridge is Skillsoft’s VP Customer Success in EMEA. As part of her role, she oversees Skillsoft’s educational consulting activities with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She is also responsible for overall program implementation and ongoing success of businesses adopting e-learning and intelligent HR solutions. Trish has in-depth, global experience leading services teams and she works closely with Skillsoft’s SVP, Customer Success ensure a rounded, global support model.
Trish has over 30 years’ experience working in training and professional learning and development, combining her knowledge of corporate learning with her experience consulting with clients across a range of industries. Prior to joining Skillsoft in 2000, she worked for 11 years as a consultant at NETg.
